Attention: targeted delivery does not apply to prescription drugs, drugs from the list of narcotic drugs; psychotropic, potent or toxic substances, as well as drugs that require special storage and transportation conditions!
What happens after I place my order?
You can place an order on the site. Before doing this, make sure that you correctly indicate the name of the drug, choose the dosage and the right amount. After placing the order, the manager will contact you to confirm it and clarify the terms of delivery.
Thus, even after placing an order, you will have the opportunity to change it or change the delivery address and recipient. Once an order has been paid, it cannot be changed.
You can pick up the order yourself immediately after placing it. To do this, contact the manager to find out where the nearest pickup point is.
How can I pay for my order?
Cash on delivery is available for all shipping methods. You can pay for the order in cash upon receipt at our pharmacies, delivery service offices or upon meeting with the courier.
Payment by credit card is available for all delivery methods. You can pay for the order at the time of placing it or later – after receiving an order confirmation message from us. Orders that are delivered to the pharmacy can be paid directly upon receipt. We do not charge any additional fees for card payments.
